Cheney and her Dad Ken, from Burnaby, had been comparing the Kia Seltos and the Hyundai Kona for a while. They walked into our dealership and Adam presented to them the advantage of the Seltos over its competitors, and the available incentives that they could take advantage of. With no commitment, they still left our showroom after two hours of interaction with them and still decided to go to Hyundai to satisfy their inner quest of knowing what the Kona looked like. Two hours later, they walked back into our dealership and declared that our vehicle, our service and our offered incentives were the reasons behind their purchase decision.
